Founded in 1994, Care and Fair is an initiative that works actively against illegal child labour and in support of workers in the rug-making industry in India, Pakistan and Nepal.
Care and Fair is an association of over 450 companies committed to creating better living conditions and improving the educational prospects of children in rug-manufacturing areas. Each member donates the one percent of the value of its rug imports to funding schools, training projects, hospitals and Care and Fair health programmes.
Nanimarquina is proud to be part of Care and Fair initiative against illegal child labour and supports workers in the rug-making industries of India, Nepal and Pakistan.
